Exchanges for Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team at contact@sparkseamoss.com within 5 days of receiving your order. To expedite the exchange process, please provide the following information:

  2. A description of the damage or defect.

  3. Clear photographs or videos of the damaged or defective item(s).

Conditions for Exchanges

To be eligible for an exchange due to a damaged or defective product, the following conditions must be met:

Shipping Costs for Exchanges
